Our Contracts Team had a blast at a fun team-building day recently!

It kicked off with a bit of a surprise as the team were 'kidnapped', blindfolded and driven to an escape room in Bournemouth, UK, where they solved puzzles and worked together to break out within the one hour deadline. There were plenty of laughs and thrills along the way, which really brought everyone closer.

Over dinner afterwards, the team shared stories about their lives where it was revealed that there's quite the mix – from ex-athletes and models to a former national cricket captain!

This type of event shows just how much we care about creating a great work environment and building strong team connections. It's not just about work – it's about having fun together and getting to know each other better. That's what helps us tackle tough challenges in our industry.
